MY ESSENTIAL OILS FOR RAINY SEASON

The Philippines is a tropical part of the world and with that, we experience lots of rainfall every year. In this season, everyone should be pro-active in health concerns to avoid common colds, cough, and nasal congestion. My pro-active strategy to prevent such is thru essential oils.
What is essential oil?
As per Essential Oil Haven, essential oils are the highly concentrated version of the natural oils in plants.
Getting essential oils from plants is done with a process called distillation, most commonly distillation by steam or water, where many parts of the plants are being used, including the plant roots, leaves, stems, flowers, or bark.
After distillation, the outcome is a highly concentrated portion of essential oil, which will have the characteristic fragrance and properties of the plant from which it was extracted, and contain the true essence of the plant it came from. This includes the smell, but also the plant’s healing properties and other plant characteristics.
You can see how this highly potent extract of a plant or herb can be extremely useful for many purposes.

PERFORMANCE AND OVERALL EXPERIENCE:
This season, I often use Zenutrients Ginger Pump Oil before bedtime to prevent colds, coughs or nasal congestion due to frequent rain whenever I go home from work. Rubbing onto chest is so soothing and makes me feel calm. It has the cooling effect that would help you fell asleep. Ever since I used this oil never experience a cough or colds. I am giving this oil a 5/5 rating because of its efficacy.

PERFORMANCE AND OVERALL EXPERIENCE:
This therapeutic oil smells cool and light. I often use it to soothe my aching legs and back when I got home after work. The oil will easily glide on the skin and the heat relaxes muscles and joints. The desired effect can be felt immediately. I am also giving this oil a 5/5 rating because of its efficacy.
